Fremont, California job type: Permanent salary: $75,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee critical processes, lead daily production monitoring (quality, cycle time, EHS, standards), and track SPC activities.

Investigate product failures and out-of-control events, manage NCMRs to timely closure, and execute corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Lead process engineering capital projects, resolve equipment issues, and collaborate with Maintenance/Production using Management of Change (MOC) protocols.

Author and modify Work Instructions; support pilot-to-full-scale manufacturing via batch validation, documentation, and operator training.

Manage the equipment/instrumentation calibration program and serve as secondary support for EHS activities (waste shipments, permits, audits, system validation).
