Job Description Responsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating large projects. Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R D groups on inter-departmental and cross-functional projects. Perform circuit level failure analysis, analyze E-test and product yield data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process. Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools
