What You'll Do

+ Manufacture prototype sensors that support new product development initiatives.

+ Support engineering builds by fabricating components, collecting and documenting data, providing feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting activities.

+ Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and manufacturing equipment.

+ Work with a combination of established and emerging technologies, including laser processing and coating equipment.

+ Accurately document experimental results, manufacturing records, and process data.

+ Help manage inventory of materials and components while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Utilize computer systems and tools, including Excel, for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

+ Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support prototype development and process improvements. What We're Looking For

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, production, or other hands-on technical environments.

+ High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation.

+ Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

+ Comfort working with equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes.

+ Basic computer proficiency and experience entering or tracking data.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

+ High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in medical device, biotech, diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

+ Chemical handling experience and familiarity with safety protocols.

+ Experience working with prototype, pilot, or research and development equipment.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
