Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a Process Engineer Intern to support equipment programming and equipment qualification activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience working with engineering teams on process development, equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and manufacturing support. The intern will contribute to real-world engineering projects focused on equipment commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Equipment Programming Support- Assist with programming, setup, or configuration of process equipment
- Support program adjustments and verification during equipment prove-out
- Translate engineering requirements into machine or process parameters Equipment Qualification & Validation
- Support execution of
IQ/OQ/PQ
activities- Assist with data collection, test execution, and documentation
- Support development of validation protocols and reports Process & Manufacturing Support
- Assist with process development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support validation runs and equipment testing
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and update validation protocols, reports, and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Participate in meetings and communicate project updates
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related) completed within the last 12 months or currently in progress Technical Skills- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools IND123
