Join a Growing Aerospace Manufacturer We're investing heavily in our Winsted operation with new CNC equipment, expanded production capacity, and long-term aerospace contracts. This is an opportunity to help develop manufacturing processes, support new equipment launches, and drive continuous improvement in a high-precision machining environment. If you enjoy CNC machining, process development, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, and working hands-on with production teams, this role offers strong career growth, bonus potential, tuition reimbursement, and a path to Senior Engineer or Engineering leadership.
