BachelorsResponsibilities Performs a variety of basic and advanced engineering tasks. Measurements and Quality control essentials Must be capable and effective using measuring devices such as: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, Optical Comparator, Microscopes, Dial gauges, Bore Gauges, Pyrometers, Infrared camera. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Visually inspect injection molding machine, including chillers, thermolators, dryers, and granulators to assess working Snags for maintenance as conditions and operational conditionsnecessary. Identifies parts rejection process with proper tools and schematics dimensions, blueprint, GD&T Responds to warning signals or intervention by plan personnel to evaluate and correct problems with injection molding machines. Initializes some repairs and adjustments to injection mold machine or contacts Maintenance Department with assessment of problem. Checks parameters and settings of machines, calibrates, adjust, or performs new auxiliary equipment process or molding machine processing parameter settings as needed.
