Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Cold Form Processing Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and maintaining cold forming processes for high-precision metal components. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure manufacturing excellence, and support the development of cutting-edge tooling and fabrication techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of industrial engineering within a global leader dedicated to innovation and sustainability. Responsibilities Develop and refine cold form processing methods to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts for cold forming operations Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate manufacturing processes and improve system reliability Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or defects to identify corrective actions and prevent recurrence Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform mechanical analysis using schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAM programming for precision manufacturing Oversee robotics integration, CNC programming, welding operations, vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment maintenance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a focus on cold forming or plastics injection molding processes Strong mechanical knowledge of assembly lines, tooling fabrication, CNC programming, and robotics integration Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; experience with Schematics and GD&T standards Familiarity with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems, CNC machines, PLCs, and industrial automation tools Knowledge of
ISO 9001
