Lead meaningful projects in design, process improvement, and optimization Participate in team problem‑solving by gathering, investigating, and analyzing data Conduct statistical studies for operation review Work with Operations and Engineering Departments to implement and improve systems, processes, and quality Contribute to site initiatives in Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement Plan, implement and perform continuous assessment of product quality Follow site safe practices at all times Enrolled inEngineering Degree:
Chemical, and/or Pulp & Paper Science Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, and Statistics At Irving Tissue , we know the key to success is our people.
