We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician for our Second Shift who understands that great parts do not happen by accident. This is a technically demanding role with real influence over production quality and efficiency. You will be the person others look to when the process needs to perform.- Set up, start up, and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Develop, document, and maintain process parameters for consistent, repeatable production performance
- Troubleshoot molding defects and implement effective, lasting corrective actions
- Perform mold changes and support production start-ups to minimize downtime
- Monitor cycle times, scrap rates, and machine efficiencies to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment troubleshooting
- Train and mentor production operators on proper molding practices and process controls
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience and Technical Knowledge- 3+ years of injection molding processing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, molding parameters, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with scientific molding principles is strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret process sheets, tooling drawings, and quality specifications
- Knowledge of hot runner systems, robotics, and auxiliary equipment is a plus Work Style and Attributes

- Able to work independently and take ownership of the process
