Do:
In this role, you will support process engineering efforts related to equipment design, technical documentation, approvals, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure designs meet internal standards for safety, quality, and performance while supporting the successful execution of multiple projects. Assist with equipment specifications, design reviews, and engineering documentation. Partner with process engineers to develop, revise, and approve equipment-related requirements. Review vendor submissions and help resolve gaps between specifications and proposed solutions. Support multiple projects at once while managing changing priorities and deadlines. Contribute ideas for new or improved equipment recommendations and specifications. Maintain organized records that help transform engineering work into scalable, repeatable products. What You ll
Bring:
Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field. 0-2 years of process engineering or related experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize technical information effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based with occasional plant or site visits. Some travel may be required. Candidates should be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods and, during site visits, following safety procedures in active industrial environments. Must possess current, valid driver's license with no restrictions. Travel up to 10%.
