Support hands-on manufacturing and process engineering activities within foundry, casting, and metals-based production environments , with a focus on process validation, tooling, gaging, inspection, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3-10 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience . Hands-on experience with process validation, GD&T, CMM inspection, gaging, and measurement systems . Experience in foundry, casting, metals/materials manufacturing, wax injection, or injection molding . Strong production-floor troubleshooting and manufacturing support experience. Preferred Skills Minitab/statistical analysis and process capability analysis. Siemens NX, Windchill, and CAD experience. Fixture, tooling, and gage design. Investment casting, brazing, wax injection, and materials engineering experience. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes. Support foundry, casting, wax injection, tooling, and metals manufacturing operations. Apply GD&T and support CMM inspection, dimensional verification, and gaging strategies. Analyze process data and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements. Support tooling, fixtures, gages, process documentation, and production-floor engineering activities. #
