) in collaboration with our internal material experts. Support and help improve electrochemical testing by writing and running test protocols, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining cells on test. Wrangle and organize data from test stands and electrochemical cells, help identify trends, and provide regular data updates to the team to enable data-based decisions. Build your technical foundation in Form's anode technology and contribute to team problem-solving, proposing improvements to methods and analyses as you grow. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience — including internships, co-ops, or academic research — in electrochemistry, battery testing, or materials characterization. A foundational understanding of electrochemistry and/or materials science and a hands-on aptitude for lab work; for Engineer II, some hands-on experience running electrochemical tests or materials characterization. For Engineer II, some experience with aqueous (water-based) battery systems: full cells or flow cells. Comfort handling and analyzing data; familiarity with a scripting or statistical tool (Python, JMP, or similar) is a plus. Some familiarity with SQL fundamentals and extracting data from databases is a plus. High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
