Pay Range:
$30 to $35 an hour(For Master's) | $45 to $48 an hour (For PhD)

06 Months Contract - Possible Extension based on performance and business needs
Job Summary:
Support biologics process development through recombinant protein purification and downstream process development. Develop and characterize purification processes using clarification, chromatography, and membrane filtration technologies. Conduct impurity and viral clearance studies and evaluate new purification technologies. Support technology transfer, scale up, troubleshooting, investigations, and manufacturing activities. Analyze experimental data and document procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize purification processes for recombinant proteins. Execute clarification, chromatography, and membrane filtration studies. Design and perform process development and characterization experiments. Conduct impurity and viral clearance studies. Analyze experimental data and document results in electronic lab notebooks. Support technology transfer to scale up laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Troubleshoot process issues and support investigations. Provide technical support for pilot and GMP manufacturing activities. Evaluate new technologies and innovations for purification processes.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant scientific field with 3 or more years of experience or PhD in a relevant scientific field. Hands on experience with recombinant protein purification. Experience with clarification, chromatography, and membrane filtration. Experience in process development and characterization. Experience with impurity and viral clearance studies. Experience with technology transfer, scale up, or manufacturing support. Experience with electronic lab notebooks, data acquisition, and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting GMP manufacturing of clinical materials. Experience with pilot scale purification or scale up activities. Experience evaluating emerging downstream purification technologies. Experience with technology transfer into manufacturing environments.
