Job Description

  • Education & Experience
  • BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences
  • 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices
  • Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification
  • High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair
  • Photolithography process experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
  • Experience with AutoCAD a plus
  • Skills
  • + Mechanical design, Computer-aided design (CAD) + Generate detailed drawings of systems and mechanical components + Transform designs into processes that improve chip yield + Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training + Test Equipment Set up, Operation and Troubleshooting + Ability to work with limited supervision + Demonstrated ability to analyze wafer measurements and resolve issues related to measurements that are out of process capability + Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner + Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities •Working Conditions•+ This position is on-site + May require occasional off-site meetings or travel + Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary + Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job + May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive's needs •Physical Requirements•+ Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
+ Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents. + Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks. + Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. + Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
