The process engineer will be responsible for lab trials of various coatings mainly used in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will also have experience with paint robots. This position requires the ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and validate paint processes including paint usage and cycle times. File lab trials into a database for future reference Support customer acceptance testing, and production launch activities. Travel to customer sites as required. Program and modify robotic systems for automated paint applications.
Qualifications:
4+ years paint process development experience in an industrial environment. Experience with FANUC Robots and RoboGuide is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to use hand tools and work in an industrial environment.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
