You'll orchestrate injection and blow molding operations, protect quality, and push for fewer stoppages and less scrap. If you thrive on precision and teamwork, you'll fit right in. Impact you'll have Run and optimize injection and blow molding machines to minimize downtime and elevate efficiency.

Audit process conditions and part quality, making data-driven adjustments.

Advance quality initiatives to maintain and improve standards.

Partner with Process Engineering to reduce downtime and scrap and to enhance process capability.

Diagnose tooling-related molding issues; document and report to the Supervisor for swift resolution.

Support PMs on tooling and equipment to maintain uptime.

Track and report downtime, scrap, and changeover times to fuel continuous improvement. What you bring Blueprint reading and interpretation. Forklift and overhead crane operation. Working knowledge of blow molding machinery. Credentials High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years operating machines. Experience with hand tools preferred. Physical demands and conditions Regularly involves walking, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing. Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Work in environments with periods of high and low temperatures.
