Job Description

A medical device client of ours is seeking a Process Development Technician to support the development and scaling of new products and manufacturing processes. This role will be approximately 75% product-focused and 25% equipment-focused, working closely with engineering teams to support product testing, pilot line development, and process optimization. This is a direct hire opening!

Key Responsibilities:
Support product development testing, including DV-level testing activities. Assist with testing components and assemblies, documenting results, and capturing photos for analysis and reporting. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and support day-to-day operational issues. Partner with operators and engineers to gather feedback and improve pilot line performance. Support the build-out and optimization of pilot manufacturing lines. Assist with process validation, data collection, and test execution.
Position Qualifications:
2-year degree or related vocational/apprenticeship or 4-6 years equivalent industry experience Exposure to medical device, electromechanical products, molding, dipping, or assembly operations preferred. Experience supporting product testing, process development, or manufacturing engineering activities. Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results effectively.
