Job Description:

Process Engineer Our client is an established manufacturer with several well-known consumer brands under its umbrella. They are currently looking for a Process Engineer to make an impact on how products get made as the company continues to grow, with ongoing investment in its plants and equipment.

The role:

Own plant technical operations: troubleshooting, process control, continuous improvement Develop SOPs and lead root cause analysis on incidents Redesign equipment/processes to meet safety, quality, and cost goals Apply statistical process control to validate reliability Run facility audits, support lean manufacturing initiatives Coordinate preventative maintenance and major shutdowns Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in a medium/large manufacturing facility Experience with process safety management and capital project management PLC (Allen-Bradley) and 3D modeling experience a plus
