Process Development Engineer We are hiring Process Engineers to support R&D for a fulltime permanent job with excellent benefits! Must have HPLC experience Relocation Assistance Signon Bonus! NO VISA Sponsorship This hands-on, lab-based role involves running experiments, analyzing data, and helping develop scalable process solutions. The position works closely with a process development team to turn customer challenges into practical outcomes. Process Development Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Conduct lab and pilot-scale experiments related to mixing and process development
- Document results, analyze data, and troubleshoot equipment and processes
- Perform routine analytical testing and manage datasets
- Prepare clear technical reports and recommend next steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
- Maintain lab safety, organization, and compliance with SOPs
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders Process Development Job Qualifications
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (M.S. preferred)
- 4+ years of relevant experience with hands-on lab work
- Strong experimental, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Experience with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, MATLAB, Python)
- Solid chemistry knowledge and communication skills
- Core chemical engineering principles
- Background in test planning/reporting or structured documentation environments
- Experience with statistical tools and Design of Experiments (DOE) #GRP2
