Plan and develop therapeutic and engaging classroom lessons centered around noted education principles. Review and dissect data to identify areas of student growth. Provide all students the highest quality education. Hold all members of our school community to high expectations in our collective pursuit of mission and vision. Elevate classroom learning to develop students' sense of self-worth, wonder and a love of learning. Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and develops a culture of excellence. Work cooperatively with Center for Excellence Clinical Coaches to learn from feedback and improve the quality of instruction. Communicate with parents, guardians, and treatment team members regularly regarding all aspects of student's performance.BENEFITS

Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: Strong passion and understanding of special education and trauma informed care. Familiar with and align with education in a therapeutic environment and view education as a vocation and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty for the success of all students. A BS/BA, Master's, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university is preferred, along with Montana Teacher Certificate.
