Job Description
This position involves active engagement in laboratory and research settings, concentrating on the development and refinement of pioneering product solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing our experimental and analytical capabilities, contributing significantly to a dynamic and fast-evolving technological landscape. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science, with additional preference given to those with a Master's degree. We require candidates with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of pertinent industry experience, emphasizing laboratory work with strict adherence to safety protocols and thorough experiment documentation. Previous experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and Spectroscopy is essential, alongside proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, MATLAB, or Python. The role demands excellent troubleshooting abilities and comfort in both lab and pilot-plant environments.
