We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our housekeeping operations. This role plays an essential part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and pick up guest-requested items promptly and professionally Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other public areas Assist with trash removal throughout the property Perform general housekeeping duties as needed Complete light maintenance tasks as assigned Clean assigned public spaces and housekeeping areas Follow all brand and company cleanliness and service standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication, basic math, and reading skills Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required Commitment to upholding brand and company standards High school diploma or equivalent preferred
