Senior Process Engineer:

Provide technical support for upstream manufacturing operations, including bioreactors, media preparation systems, buffer preparation systems, and hold tanks. Support active manufacturing campaigns by troubleshooting process, equipment, and automation-related issues. Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, Automation, and Quality teams to resolve operational challenges. Analyze process data and support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions within a GMP-regulated environment. Senior Process Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred, or a related field in other Engineering disciplines, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences 6-10 years of experience in biotech manufacturing, Process Engineering, MSAT, or related manufacturing support roles. Strong knowledge of upstream bioprocessing and large-scale manufacturing operations. Hands-on experience supporting stainless steel bioprocess equipment in a production environment. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment systems, and automation controls. Experience providing direct manufacturing floor support preferred over primarily CQV-focused experience. DeltaV experience is highly preferred. $70-$85/hour based on experience.
