Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. BAE Systems is looking for a hands on, experienced Process Engineer to be a contributor in our
EWIMC - CCA
factory for first shift. They will be someone who can influence the team within the factory as well as the Integrated Product team outside of the factory. This is a 2nd shift position working a 4/10 Monday through Thursday schedule. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will make impacts in the following ways.- Maintaining the stability of a Production Line while continuously driving improvements, manufacturability, and driving root cause analysis.
- Partner with suppliers and design teams to assure designs are producible and maintainable.
- Driving manufacturing process improvements, production problem resolutions, and integrating solutions into a lean manufacturing environment.
- Collaborating with other functions is crucial to success, some of these functions include supply chain, quality (inspectors, manufacturing product assurance (MPAs), etc.
