Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring optimal operation of machinery, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of various technical processes, including plastics injection molding . Duties Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to maintain product specifications. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements. Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, including inconsistent material, faulty equipment, or human error. Identify and correct root causes of defects or issues. Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet specifications. Monitor part quality to ensure they meet QA and customer requirements. Qualifications Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques. Strong skills in materials handling and fabrication processes. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of Plastics and Injection Molding:
