PACKAGING MANAGER
- PHARMACEUTICALS
- This is a full time salaried exempt position, business hours are 8am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and may require some evening and/or weekend support to meet production schedules!

GMP, FDA
regulations, company procedures & customer requirements.Essential Job Duties:
Direct & oversee daily operations of 4 Solid Oral Dosage Lines, 7 Powder Filling & Packaging Lines Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer requirements & shipping commitments Ensure packaging operations are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with approved batch records & SOPs. Manage all serialization & aggregation activities for commercial pharmaceutical produts. Supervise Packaging Supervisors, Team Leaders, Mechanics & Operators Provide leadership to all Packaging employees to achieve production objectives. Other duties as assigned by Senior Packaging Manager Must haveSkills & Competencies:
Extensive knowledege of pharmaceutical packaging operations Strong understanding of cGMP & FDA
regulations Comprehensive knowledge of serialization, aggregation & DSCSA compliance Knowledge of vision systems, barcode verification, label inspection & print verification Excellent leadership & employee development skills. Must be able to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment Requires frequent walking, standing & interacting with production equipment Read, write & communicate well in English Basic Computer knowledge includingMicrosoft Word & Excel Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred Minimum 3- 5 years supervisory experience in a Pharmaceutical Packaging environment is a must.
