Be responsible for process sustenance and development that includes process variability reduction, recipe development, defectivity reduction and process optimization for high volume manufacturing (HVM).Essential Responsibilities:
Be responsible for process sustenance and development that includes process variability reduction, recipe development, defectivity reduction and process optimization for high volume manufacturing (HVM). Collaborate with GlobalFoundries internal customers and participate in development/manufacturing of unit process for various technologies including FinFET, Si Photonics and many more. Sustain production line, daily SPC monitoring, Cpk improvement, and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues. Improve process robustness for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools, DOE techniques, data-driven decision making, and systematic problem-solving skills. Use lean manufacturing and six sigma processes. Drive continuous improvement efforts in support of throughput improvement, cost reduction, and yield learning. Train shift technicians for executing the business processes in a 24x7 HVM production environment. Interact and collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and teams such as equipment suppliers, equipment engineers and technicians, CFM (contamination free manufacturing) team, PI (process integration) team, cost management and quality assurance teams.Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.Required Qualifications:
Education- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent Experience
- 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles.
