Role Overview:

Our client is looking for 2 process engineers to support pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness for a portfolio of small molecule products. The engineer will serve as a technical lead across development-to-commercialization activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish manufacturing processes, create batch documentation, support validation campaigns, and drive risk mitigation efforts. The role involves significant collaboration with manufacturing, quality, development, and external partners while providing technical guidance during product launches and lifecycle initiatives. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who can independently identify priorities, solve complex process challenges, and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects.

Required Skills:

Pharmaceutical process validation experience, preferably with oral solid dosage forms and liquid products Experience with technology transfers, scale-up activities, manufacturing support, and batch record development Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Nice to

Have:

Minitab or statistical analysis experience Small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Experience supporting commercial launches, process improvements, CAPAs, and lifecycle management

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline required
