This individual will contribute to laboratory-based process development activities by executing experiments, maintaining cell cultures, collecting data, and supporting the development of scalable manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cell biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting early-stage development programs and process optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and expand mammalian cell cultures using aseptic laboratory techniques. Support laboratory-scale process development and manufacturing studies. Collect and analyze routine samples to monitor process performance. Prepare laboratory materials, media, buffers, and other required consumables. Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Support experiment setup, execution, documentation, and sample management activities. Maintain accurate laboratory records and experimental documentation. Present findings and project updates to team members as needed. Assist with routine laboratory operations and scheduling activities. Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative laboratory environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another related scientific field. 0 to 2 years of laboratory, research, internship, or industry experience. Experience with mammalian cell culture and sterile laboratory techniques preferred. Exposure to bioprocessing, biotechnology, biologics manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous. Familiarity with common molecular biology and analytical laboratory techniques is beneficial. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
