Innovation:
Oversee advanced process control and automation for raw material handling, batching, purified water systems, CIP processes, and fluid transfer operations. Be a
Change Maker:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, optimizing workflows and reducing costs while enhancing sustainability.
Solve Complex Challenges:
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Collaborate and Create:
Partner with R D to pilot and implement cutting-edge batching improvements that elevate product quality.
Own Projects End-to-End:
Manage projects from concept to completion—delivering on scope, budget, and timing with precision. Design the

Develop and implement automated processes, create detailed SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and other technical documentation that set the standard for excellence.
What We're Looking For Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, plus 5+ years in a production environment (FDA-regulated experience preferred).
Technical Expertise:
Skilled in PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley), high-purity water systems, and clean-in-place methods.
Problem-Solving Pro:
Strong analytical skills for engineering calculations, process design, and troubleshooting.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
