Compensation:
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $117,232 to $132,863, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $117,232 to $148,494. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Hours subject to change depending on business needs)Employment Logistics:
The Control Systems Engineer supports the reliability, functionality, and uptime of OnTrac's automated parcel handling systems by developing, maintaining, and optimizing PLC and WCS (Warehouse Control System) programs. This role provides real-time troubleshooting, supports controls design standards, and implements improvements that enhance throughput, fault recovery, and automation stability. This role works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and OEM partners to help maintain a resilient, standardized, and scalable controls environment across the network.
