Qualifications (include but are not limited to): Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute within cross-functional project teams Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work flexible hours as needed Proven record of reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Capable of managing multiple tasks across various process steps in a collaborative environment
