Job Description

Our client, a leader in the food chemicals manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Process Controls Engineer to join their team near Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Emerson DeltaV DCS and exposure to Allen Bradley PLCs. This role focuses on process automation and control systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, working with DCS and PLC-based systems to optimize plant operations, reliability, and process performance. The position involves designing, programming, and maintaining control systems, troubleshooting automation issues, and supporting plant optimization initiatives.
Key technical areas include:
DCS and PLC programming and maintenance Industrial automation and process control systems HMI development and control system troubleshooting Plant process optimization and performance monitoring Experience with platforms such as Emerson DeltaV, Allen-Bradley PLCs, or PI Systems is highly valued.
