Bethel Park, PA (Onsite) Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM
POSITION SUMMARY
To produce quality products by injection molding. To ensure that the molding department is efficient by following molding procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operates molding machines, including set-ups and documentation. 2. Operates production equipment as necessary. 3.
Performs production checks:
a) Checks the first parts coming out of the mold. b) Continues to check parts coming out of the mold. 4. Responsible for trimming parts and cutting sprues. 5. Completes documentation necessary for quality control. 6. Troubleshoots molding problems. 7. Responsible for mold maintenance when assigned. 8. Visually inspects parts as they are produced from molding machines. 9. Responsible for making quality products. 10. Special duties as assigned by the Group Leader.
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
