Job Description

THE PLASTEK GROUP
is seeking a Process Engineer to work for one of the Company's Erie, PA Manufacturing Divisions. This facility performs plastic injection molding and component assembly. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to work for a secure, progressive, and technologically advanced company.
Pay:
Experience based Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and organize internal and external projects Interface with all departments (ie: Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Package Development, Customer Service, General Management) as required. Suggest methods, materials and tooling modifications per procedure. Sample and debug proto and production tooling per procedure. Implementation of new molds, system improvement, and experimental designs. Seek out technical knowledge by establishing contacts in the industry to help with suggestion to problem solving procedures. Assist technicians and/or divisions with troubleshooting problems. Pass required information (PM's) to production on release of the tool. Processing :
