Job Description

Controls EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for our manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The Process Controls Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and compliance with industry standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement control systems for manufacturing processesOptimize and validate existing control systems for efficiency and qualityCollaborate with process engineers to integrate control solutionsDevelop and review schematics and documentation for control systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs and vision systemsEnsure compliance with safety and industry regulationsConduct training for staff on new systems and processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Controls Engineer or Process Engineer in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and vision systemsProficiency in CAD software for designing control systemsFamiliarity with packaging processes and quality standards is a plus!
