Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Process Engineer to support and lead moderately complex engineering projects focused on developing and improving process control systems across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing performance from raw material input through finished product, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. What You'll Do Lead and manage engineering projects of moderate to large scope, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals Design, improve, and implement process control systems and procedures Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical, scalable engineering solutions Conduct process failure analyses, audits, and root cause investigations to drive consistency across operations Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, production teams, and other departments Perform feasibility studies related to manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, and assembly Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost Create and execute test plans, analyze data, and implement process improvements Assist with equipment diagnosis and provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activities Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3+ years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
