Titan International is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chemical Process Engineer to lead process engineering activities and cross-functional projects that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HSE, Quality, and Maintenance teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and reliable production environment. Develop and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., EPA, OSHA, DEP). Analyze process data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve production and ensure product quality. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance quality and reduce operational costs. Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for both new and existing products. Coordinate cross-functional teams through product and process development phases, including validation, scale-up, commissioning, and implementation. Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. 5-10 years of experience in chemical process engineering or production, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven track record of leading projects and teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of chemical process principles, industry regulations, and safety standards. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks is highly desirable.
