Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Processor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines and molds to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires a strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Assemble finished products and conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures. Knowledge and Ability to change molds safely. Must be able to trouble shoot. Must have at least 5 years experience as an Injection Molding Process Tech. Skills Proficiency in plastics injection molding processes is essential. Familiarity with machining processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to use calipers and other tools for precise measurements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency. A strong understanding of plastic materials.
