Job Title:
Process Engineer Job Description In this role, you will support automated assembly and plastic injection molding operations across multiple product lines. You will work hands-on with equipment, tooling, and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance. Responsibilities Support automated assembly and plastic injection molding operations. Work hands-on with equipment and tooling to improve manufacturing performance. Enhance quality and efficiency of processes. Implement process improvements and innovations. Essential Skills Hands-on experience with injection molding. Minimum of 3 years of injection molding experience. At least 3 years of professional experience with root-cause investigation, technical writing, and statistical analysis. RJG Master Molder 1 certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in medical, aerospace, or defense industries is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Six Sigma Certifications. Experience in lean manufacturing, process engineering, and continuous improvement. Work Environment This role is fully onsite in a manufacturing facility with injection molding equipment and automated assembly systems. Standard production-floor PPE requirements include safety shoes, goggles, and hearing protection. The environment involves exposure to machinery noise and may require extended periods of standing or sitting. Travel up to 10% may be required, using personal vehicles. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
