Process Engineer Our advanced manufacturing client in the Southern Vermont area is seeking to hire a Process Engineer for a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives, drive manufacturing efficiencies, and work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your technical expertise can make a measurable impact. Hybrid work flexibility may be available. Your qualifications for the Process Engineer position are: Bachelors degree in a science-related field such as Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or similar 5+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Proven success leading process improvements and increasing production efficiency Strong background in data analysis, root cause investigation, and experimental design Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills Experience with diamond turning or semiconductor wafer singulation is a strong plus!
