This role is
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
Provide technical troubleshooting and production support.
Develop and maintain operating procedures and process documentation.
Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with employee training and process change implementation.
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and operational improvements.
Promote a safe and compliant working environment.
Collaborate across multiple departments to achieve plant objectives.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP tools, Project management and team communication tools, systems.
Experience in an
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing, internship, or co-op experience preferred.
Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
