Senior Process Engineer | Southern Missouri The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a modern manufacturing operation in Southern Missouri. This engineer will work closely across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other technical teams to improve existing processes, implement new equipment and technologies, and support continued investment and expansion across the operation. Beyond the immediate role, this organization offers strong long-term career growth with multiple potential paths across engineering, operations, technical leadership, and other areas of the business. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.Desired Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of Process, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience within chemical, polymer, plastics, paper, building materials, food, pharmaceutical, or other process-intensive manufacturing environments Knowledge of process equipment and systems including pumps, valves, flow, pressure, heat exchangers, process controls, and P&IDs Experience with process optimization, equipment selection, capital projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement If you're an experienced Process Engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful technical impact while continuing to grow your career, we'd love to connect.
