Arlington, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Engineer and commission industrial electrolysis configurations to ensure seamless technical startup and long term scalabilityAct as the primary SME by developing technical training curricula and providing real-time troubleshooting support for operatorsOptimize performance metrics to maximize rare metal recovery yields while maintaining product quality standardsLead high temperature safety evaluations, including HAZOP studies and regulatory auditsResolve chemical and hardware variances within molten salt environments to eliminate production defects and stabilize outputAdvance process efficiencies by reducing waste and documenting novel methodologies for continuous improvement and IP protection

Requirements:
