Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support development and manufacturing in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. This role focuses on process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting, with strong ownership at the tool level. Experience in plating processes is preferred, but candidates with semiconductor assembly experience and strong execution capability are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Develop, install, and optimize manufacturing processes (plating and/or assembly) Own process performance: yield, quality, and cycle time Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and drive rapid resolution Lead process characterization and improvement (DOE, data analysis) Support NPI, prototype builds, and process ramp Define process parameters, specs, and control methods Work directly on tools for setup, qualification, and improvement Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, equipment, manufacturing) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years experience in semiconductor or similar manufacturing Strong hands-on aptitude — comfortable working directly on equipment Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Understanding of process control and data analysis Preferred Experience Electroplating or chemical plating experience (strongly preferred) Semiconductor assembly processes (die attach, wire bond, molding, etc.) Experience with NPI or process ramps Familiarity with SPC, DOE, and yield improvement Knowledge of AI as it applies to problem solving, factory operation.
