Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies for process optimization, including lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and automation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving significant results.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Experience with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
