Shift Must Have:
  • Must have bottling packaging line of Oral Solid Dosage experience within a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry. (Pharma highly preferred)
  • At least 5 to 8 years of supervisor experience with bottle packaging lines
  • Managing and Training Packaging Operators/Line Leads:
    managing Packaging operators, Team leads, etc.
  • Experience with production planning
  • Interviewing and Hiring experience Responsibilities Lead daily operations of pharmaceutical bottle packaging lines.
Supervise Packaging Operators, Line Leads, and Packaging Supervisors. Manage production scheduling and labor planning. Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and company procedures. Coordinate equipment changeovers and line readiness. Monitor production KPIs and resolve operational issues. Hire, train, coach, and develop packaging personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams. Support process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
