What You'll Do
Play a central role in project execution by managing submittals, RFIs, and documentation with accuracy and urgency
Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with contract requirements
Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure clear communication across project teams
Maintain organized project records, including drawings, logs, and change documentation
Monitor material procurement and support schedule updates to keep projects moving forward
Help identify risks early by understanding subcontract scopes and project requirements
Support quality control efforts and ensure work aligns with 's standards and project specifications
Assist with change orders, progress payments, and financial tracking
Contribute to bid processes and project startup/closeout activities
Mentor junior engineers or interns and help strengthen the team
What You Bring
4-6 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and project coordination
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management software and scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
OSHA 10 certification
