RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing Take-Offs and interpreting plans Corresponding with customers for RFIs, Submittals, Project Close-Out documents Working with vendors to obtain pricing details Assisting with budget monitoring, project operations and jobsite pre-planning Schedule preparation including coordination with other trades Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
