This is a role with high growth across field, project, and estimating functions. Responsibilities Prepare, track, and coordinate submittals and RFIs. Supports procurement, purchase orders, subcontracts, and material tracking. Assist with developing construction schedules in Primavera P6. Help prepare scopes of work (SOW), review quotes, and support subcontract awards. Manage cost tracking while maintaining financial awareness. This includes supporting billing, quantity tracking, job cost reporting, and change management. Communicate with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients; attend project meetings. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment. Travel to project sites including occasional overnight travel as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience. Water, wastewater, municipal, or public works experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction scheduling, project management, and estimating software experience preferred. Supports safety, quality, training, and hazard recognition. Valid driver's license.
